1. The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.

1.2. The buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data: first name and last name, residential address, identification number, tax identification number, email address, telephone number, and (collectively referred to as "personal data").

1.3. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations under the purchase agreement and for the purpose of managing the user account. Unless the buyer chooses another option, they also consent to the processing of their personal data by the seller for the purpose of sending information and commercial messages to the buyer. The consent to the processing of personal data to the extent specified in this article is not a requirement that would by itself prevent the conclusion of a purchase agreement.

1.4. The buyer acknowledges that they are obliged to provide their personal data (during registration, in their user account, when placing an order through the web interface of the store) correctly and truthfully, and that they are obliged to inform the seller without undue delay of any changes in their personal data.

1.5. The seller may authorize a third party as a processor to process the buyer's personal data. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties by the seller without the prior consent of the buyer, except for the individuals delivering the goods.

1.6. Personal data will be processed indefinitely. Personal data will be processed in electronic form by automated means or in printed form by non-automated means.

1.7. The buyer confirms that the provided personal data is accurate and that they have been informed that the provision of personal data is voluntary.

1.8. If the buyer believes that the seller or the processor (clause 9.5) is processing their personal data in violation of the protection of their private and personal life or in violation of the law, especially if the personal data is inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, the buyer may:

1.8.1. request an explanation from the seller or the processor, 1.8.2. request the seller or the processor to rectify the situation.

1.9. If the buyer requests information about the processing of their personal data, the seller is obliged to provide this information. The seller has the right to request reasonable compensation not exceeding the costs necessary for providing the information, according to the preceding sentence.
